5' in Time Square
Dans le projet Times Square, j'ai arrêté mon appareil photo pendant cinq minutes devant le McDonald's de Times Square, capturant des images à intervalles réguliers, figeant le temps et mettant en lumière la myriade d'histoires suspendues qui se déroulent sous nos yeux. Je voulais inviter les spectateurs à réfléchir aux histoires des personnes présentes dans ce cadre. Qui sont ces personnes ? Pourquoi sont-ils ici ? Que vont-ils faire ensuite ?
In the Times Square project, I stopped my camera for five minutes in front of the McDonald's in Times Square, capturing images at regular intervals, freezing time and highlighting the myriad of suspended stories unfolding before our eyes. I wanted to invite the audience to think about the stories of the people in this setting. Who are these people? Why are they here? What are they going to do next?
